IDJ Review - ***** 'Dandelion Crush' is another slab of pure dancefloor magic from Alternative Route. With it's old-skool sounds and saxaphone hook it'll have many on the dancefloor going misty eyed and remembering how it was in the early 90s. Bush II Bush's remix is a super-strong follow-up to their 'Piano Track' single and exudes summertime with its carnival sounds and uplifting vibe. Both mixes are brilliant.
M8 Review - It must be so hard for a label to follow up a monster like Chris Lakes Changes and those lovely people at Alternative Route have gone all out to bring us another belter. Sounding similar to 808 States Pacific, this keeps an old skool vibe throughout but wait till you hear the remix from Bush II Bush. Ooooooohhhhhhhh. This is a tough techy, driving number with acid lines to die for and just wait till that piano line and sax enter. Shiver me timbers. Once again, a must. M8/M8 (Derek Taylor)
